Just a short time ago I stepped away from my position as the Assistant Director for Special Communications in the Office of Admissions at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln (UNL). I worked professionally in higher education recruitment for five-and-a-half years.
While at UNL, I focused, among other things, upon yield enhancement activities, serving as manager of the student telecounseling program, and community manager for the university’s private admitted student social network.
Currently, I am a full-time student in the Master of Missional Leadership program at the Resurgence Training Center (Re:Train), based in Seattle, WA. I am also an intern at 2 Pillars Church, an Acts 29 church plant in downtown Lincoln, NE and will be on staff with The Navigators collegiate ministry at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln beginning this fall.
About This Blog
Because this blog bears my name, you will find posts here that correspond with my interests. Some will find this to be a little frustrating, as my interests are somewhat diverse. That said, I will try to keep chaos to a minimum. Topics likely to be engaged are: higher education, church planting, Re:Train, productivity, leadership, social mediaand, of course, the Huskers.
I also blog about Christianity, religion, and culture at Foolish Cross.
